the location lets it down a bit with few good restuarants / bars nearby

Even if the hotel is smoke free, my room awfully smelt of smoke because of the old wall to wall carpet; for Plovdiv standars the price is way too high

The location is super convenient. Plenty of room for everyone and comfy beds. We visited the central square and the local art galleries, both just a stroll away. The staff was friendly and really helpful throughout our stay.

The check-in process felt a bit off. They only gave us one key at first and we had to negotiate for a second key. It shouldn't be that complicated, especially at a four-star place.

Had a really really nice stay for the professional service, glad I've chosen it. Greatly enjoyed the good and fantastic location in need of general improvements all areas. I usually went to La pasta to grab a bite.

I was charmed by the eclectic decor, especially the quirky furniture that created such a lively atmosphere. The spacious room had high ceilings and a fantastic view of the Roman theatre. Dining at the White Bar was a delight, with an extensive menu and special event nights.

The room was perfect clean and the choice of typical Bulgarian products for breakfast was fantastic.

The lobby bar staff was not specially nice and they served us double drinks without asking us.

It was very close to the shopping area of the city and the bus station too.

No wireless internet all over the building

Came to Leipzig in Plovdiv and really loved the spacious room with comfortable beds. The location stood out with easy access to the city center and a shopping mall right across the street, super handy. Enjoyed the mini-bar selection waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. The furniture looked worn, with scratches on walls in both the room and corridors. Didn't expect hair left on the sink either, a bit off-putting. Breakfast had a poor variety for a four-star hotel and the quality was lacking. The dining area had slow service and felt disorganized. Trying to get a second room key took a lot of negotiating, which shouldn't be the case in a hotel like this. Liked the place but cannot ignore the areas that need fixing.

So close to city center and old town, very cost effective, low car parking expences, good breakfast, hospitality in staff.

In our opinion ev.th. in this hotel was really well organized! It is really nice to have jaccuzi! We really enjoyed it with my husband! There is a fantastic view from the 10th floor, and the center is walking distance!

the cleaning was excellent, but it gets noisy at night outside.

The rooms are nice modern and have SUPERB view on the town.

The bar was open 24/7! Very spontanious receptionist, always correct and helpfull!

Breakfast was not from the same quality daily, come early if you like to eat your eggs hot, later the turn into lukewarm.
